Thank you for ordering Mars Calling: Taurus, and for your patience in the late delivery. Due to some unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to continue the Mars Calling Series.

When we began the project, there were three contributors including Eric Francis. Two have been unable to follow through with their commitments, and it just isn’t possible for Eric to write the series without support. The other people involved are irreplaceable; we can’t see a way to complete the project without them.

We are sorry about the delay in sending you this notification, we were reluctant to halt the project, and were trying to find a solution that would allow us to move forward with the other segments. We take our commitment to you seriously, and we made this decision only after we exhausted all other possibilities. If there were any way for Eric to complete this project on his own, we would deliver it. Planet Waves is a company built on integrity, and we are sorry that we are not able to follow through on this commitment to you.

We owe you a full refund because we are not able to deliver the series installment that we promised you. It’s our slow season; cash is tight in the summertime, so we’d like you to consider an alternative option for receiving compensation for the project. If you choose, we will set up a two month subscription/extension of subscription to Planet Waves Astrology News and access to the 2008 Annual, Small World Stories. If you would like me to refund the amount of your order, I’m happy to take care of that as well.
