A Beltane Full Moon in Scorpio on May 2 introduced the possibility of encounters with issues of sex, death, power and mystery. Embracing the fullness of the life cycle, and allowing ourselves to relax into the flow of our own inner wisdom will allow for a deeper engagement with this lunar energy. Venus moving into Cancer on May 8 supports the nurturing and fertile energy of the Sun in Taurus, encouraging us to feed and support what we have been planting. Are there any areas of your life that could use more water, weeding, fertilizer or sun? Taking care of what you have begun is an important practice now.

Aries (March 20-April 19)
Creativity requires inspiration, support and hard work. As you become more aware of how you create your life, pay particular attention to what resources you need to support your inspirations, and how the energy you share with others feeds or detracts from your creativity. You may be most energized right now by surrounding yourself with unfamiliar people, places and things. Enjoy these adventures as you keep your focus on expressing the unique essence you bring into the world in your own particular way.

Taurus (April 19-May 20)
Hopefully you were able to take some time to retreat over the last two weeks, as the Full Moon in Scorpio brings new ideas, insights and encounters into your life. If your birthday is this week, expect a year of high intensity, where you are asked to be, do and act yourself at every turn. Your relationships may take on a new level of importance, deepening and growing more and more intimate. Be wary of giving your power away to others by projecting onto them both your shadow and light qualities. The more you can do the work of noticing your reflection in those you relate to, the easier it will be to manifest the best potential of this Full Moon energy.

Gemini (May 20-June 21)
Any changes that occurred for you recently in your work environment are indicators that it's time to shake things up even more in that realm of your life. Observe what these changes might have been, no matter how minute, and see how you might learn from them as signs of what steps to take next. Your conception of yourself and what you are here to do is undergoing a transformation. Though you might like to try and figure it all out yourself, time spent meditating or reaching out to others for intuitive counsel could be useful now.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Venus moves into your sign in the next week, merging her graceful and diplomatic energies with your own. You can make the most of this time by fully embodying the Venusian party line, which basically involves pleasure, pleasure and more pleasure. If you haven't thrown a party or hostessed a gathering in a while, now is the time to do it, and do it with style and abundance. Provide a feast of the senses for your guests with good food, flowers and music. The Sun in Taurus promises that whatever social gathering you dream up, it will be a sensual one, full of comfort and beauty.

Leo (July 22-Aug. 23)
The green light of the last few weeks may have suddenly turned to red as the Full Moon in Taurus and Scorpio ask you to stop and look at where you are going, particularly in regards to your home and work life. Are you finding a reasonable amount of balance between the two? Are emotions at home getting in the way of your role out in the world? Now could be the time to do a little emotional space clearing, letting go of and releasing any feelings that are slowing you down. Try to invoke patience and compassion for yourself as you observe and allow your feelings to emerge.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sep. 22)
Turbulent motion in your day-to-day life asks you to pay attention to what you believe is true about reality and how you practice and share those beliefs. How does your worldview shape your everyday world? Though the answers may seem hard to find, staying open to the subtle ways that your mind affects your matter can have far-reaching consequences. Any new relationships that begin now promise to have a life-changing effect on you, altering your ideas about love, life and partnership.

Libra (Sep. 22-Oct. 23)
Feeling the polarization between what you value and honor in yourself and how you share yourself with another is an arising theme now. Imagine a waitress balancing two heavy but equally weighted trays, one in each hand. This is you attempting to recognize and appreciate yourself, and simultaneously connect with others. As you balance these two important and very human needs, feel how deeply they shape your life and your relationships, and notice which may be getting more attention and care.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 22)
As strong feelings arise, allow others to act as anchors, grounding you in your body. Your innate ability to understand and notice deep feelings in yourself and those around you is highlighted as you grow more in touch with your instinctive and very watery nature. Try to notice, feel and release any feelings of bitterness or old pain from the past during this time. As you let go of these emotions you make more room in your life for new experiences and people to come into your life, bringing fresh starts and hopeful beginnings.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 22)
Your home environment may continue to yield surprises, expect the unexpected as you make room for the new. The more you can cultivate compassion and a yielding to the unkown, the easier these transitions will be. Tapping into the heart, mind and spirit of the collective now will bring information that can benefit your work and allow new ways of relating to the more mundane aspects of reality. Continue to persevere with charting new territories of possible exploration and adventure in the future, but remember to lay careful and realistic plans as you move forward in these areas.

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 20)
Engaging with community, friends and groups can be a deep bonding experience, as you stretch out past yourself and your own activities to include a larger group of others. Your encounters with women especially may be particularly meaningful and offer possibilities for transformation and growth. Continue to explore new ways of interacting with your day-to-day environment, noticing the changes you've already made this past year in your immediate surroundings and routines.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 19)
Feeling the pull between work and home may leave you exposing more of your emotional side to the world than you would normally allow. As you negotiate between creating a stable and solid base to work from, and at the same time let your power shine to the rest of the world, you may feel the pull between the two and need a little time out. Some of this tension can be due to the ongoing demands of a partner or loved one, who asks for a bit more time and attention than you feel able to give. Try and maintain your patience using self-discipline, and understand their needs as a reflection of your own.

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)
Your awareness of the meaning of life may carry a particular and possibly unexpected emotional weight now, as you navigate between the reality of the everyday and familiar, and simultaneously maintain a presence in the realm of the foreign and unknown. The mysteries that beckon you from far-off places are both appealing and perhaps a little frightening, but if you can keep your feet on the ground as you explore these possibilities, you may find yourself in new terrain.
